Assistant Account Executive

Job Description

NEI is searching for individuals to contribute to our team in the Assistant Account Executive role.  The primary goal of this role is to build your relocation knowledge while assisting your Account Executive in coordinating the relocation process with vendors and internal departments.

On a given day, your work might include:

  • Preparing internal communication such as team status reports, bill payment requests, and memos.
  • Reviewing external documentation and arranging for corrections, placing orders, following-up and processing payments for outsourced relocation services.
  • Preparing external communications such as home marketing assistance comments and packets, Contract of Sale package, and cost of living reports for clients.
  • Assisting other team members because we are all in it together.

This is the job for you if you have:

  • Some college and previous office experience.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy as you are responsible for maintaining multiple files at a time.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general database tools.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and varying deadlines with the flexibility to prioritize urgent requests.
