About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high impact team! This is a highly visible role within the organization that serves as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications within the organization. The position will develop and maintain content for a variety of print and electronic resources. Coordinate social media presence to ensure a consistent voice and message. Assist departments with communications strategies and manage brand strategies.
* Develop content for internal and external communications using all mediums for a coordinated communication approach. * Maintain Mosaic's website, managing and creating content. * Monitor social media content and print media associated with Mosaic. * Assist with managing Mosaic's social media presence, including creation of content for blog posts, ads and graphics. * Coordinate editorial team to track and implement messaging for Mosaic's internal and external content calendars. * Assist managing Mosaic's brand standards and communication guide. Provide collateral material assistance with hiring and recruitment campaigns. * Direct agency newsletter process, including design and electronic distribution. Provide Facebook and Website training to staff as needed.
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in journalism or public relations required. * Minimum of three years digital marketing or corporate communications experience required. * Excellent skills with writing for different digital platforms
