Nebraska Cancer Specialists (NCS) is currently hiring for a certified pharmacy technician. Perform technical aspects of medication preparation under the direct and indirect supervision of a pharmacist. Medication preparation and other tasks are subject to sequential or final verification by an RN or pharmacist, under the facility supervision of a physician. Order investigational medication, receive investigational medication, transport investigational medication, and document drug accountability.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Pharmacy Technician or completion of State Pharmacy Board registration required. Excellent mathematical skills, including understanding of metrics needed.
