Base $19.39 per hour pay for experience

In this position you will

1. Oversee the quality of services provided by independent contractors to individuals served by regular visits to the home environment. Ensure compliance with state rules, regulations and Mosaic requirements.

2. Cultivate, build and maintain positive relationships with independent contractors, family members and other stake holders through regular, effective communication and support.

3. Recruit new independent contractors to ensure that enough qualified providers are consistently available to provide services needed.

4. Ensure that service plans, assessments, program plans and goals are written appropriately and that personal outcomes for individuals served are met. Assist the independent contractor as appropriate in developing and implementing the service plan and monitor progress to ensure proper documentation.

5. Review information from medical visits of individual served, providing follow-up and monitoring medication administration for accuracy.

6. Review information for individual finances and billing to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Approve spend down if necessary.

* Bachelor's Degree and minimum of two years of related work experience.
* Previous experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred.
