About the position:
Do you like to create CONNECTIONS and develop relationships with people? Are you someone who loves to deliver heartwarming stories about a favorite nonprofit group you are passionate about? Do you have previous experience working on/with a sales team or within a volunteer opportunity?
Mosaic is looking for a motivated Community Relations Manager to foster relationships with churches, donors, friends, volunteers and many other stakeholders in the agency. Building on a legacy of history in health care, this position will communicate this mission to the large and small community groups in the surrounding areas to broaden our footprint and advance our mission.
This position will work collaboratively with leaders to develop and implement a plan to identify donors, volunteers and cultivate these relationships to solicit gift opportunities.
* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field required. * Minimum of two years of experience with nonprofit fundraising, communications and marketing preferred. * Previous experience with volunteer management and social media is preferred.
