The Client Implementation Specialist will be responsible for partnering with clients and several internal business partners to ensure time to market is minimized and requirements of the client are being met. They will also keep Business Development apprised of the timeline throughout the implementation period and will advise when there is a delay in any step of the process that needs to be escalated. In addition to card implementation this person will be responsible for consulting with the client on the implementation and training of their online tools which may include; Online Account Management, Reporting, Expense Management, Virtual Account Generation, and File Transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Customer and Business Development to identify implementation scope and develop a plan to ensure target implementation dates are met.
  • Anticipate customer implementation needs and operational expectations.
  • Gather and complete comprehensive review of all required documentation.
  • Manage all aspects of the client implementation process and project life cycle.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting key implementation milestones and adjusting plans and/or resources as needed.
  • Proactively communicate issues as soon as they arise to ensure deadlines can be met.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and concise internal communication across multiple teams.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve programs and processes.
  • Provide proactive problem solving and critical thinking with regards to client issues.
  • Provide implementation, software, and product support for the online tools you train on
  • Development and management of training materials.
  • Stay current on tools, technology, and training methodologies.
  • Be the first to learn about all new features released for the products you implement and train on and develop new training materials as needed.
  • Ability to present technical information both verbally and nonverbally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure clients have the necessary tools and knowledge to continue a successful program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software, particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of file delivery processes
  • Excellent Time Management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making
  • Ability to solve problems at a tactical and functional level
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build and nurture internal networks
  • Excellent oral, written and technical communication skills
  • Self-motivating with the ability to be resourceful and take initiative
  • Willingness to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
