Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, training and supervision of our postgraduate students specializing in endodontics. Some didactic teaching and clinical supervision of undergraduate dental students is also expected. The residency program director is expected to provide leadership in strategic planning, curriculum management, and must have an understanding of and ensure that the program is in compliance with all the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) programmatic requirements. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated excellence and commitment to team-based clinic education and care, superior interpersonal skills and experience in a leadership role in an academic setting.Lincoln, NE
