Position Summary | The Department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Anatomy is seeking a Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Research Associate. Experience in analysis of high-throughput sequencing (e.g. RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, or ATAC-seq) is needed. Potential projects will investigate mechanistic principles of 3D genome organization and include the relationship between chromatin modifications, transcription factors, transcription, and various features of chromatin folding. Training on the analysis of sequencing-based approaches to study long-range chromatin interactions, Hi-C and HiChIP, will be provided. |
