Clinic RN - Community Cardiology Care
Nebraska Medicine is seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinic RN to join our Community Cardiology Care team. This role supports multiple providers within the team, with a strong focus on phone support. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and ready to jump in to provide excellent service to our patients.
Schedule:
* Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
*Option for hybrid schedule. Work from home 2 days a week. This would apply after training is complete*
Location:
* Primary: Clarkson Heart Center @ Clarkson Doctors Building South | Nebraska Medicine Omaha, NE
* Secondary: Bellevue Medical Center, Think Whole Person Healthcare, Nebraska Cardiac Care

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 16 years of age required.
* Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other
internal/external customers is required.
* Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinical staff and patients in an efficient, confidential manner
required.
* Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required.
* Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment required.
* Effective communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* EPIC experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel preferred.
* Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications:
* Associate's in nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility required.
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) department dependent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Based on position, prior experience in patient nursing, specialty/primary care clinic and/or telephonics preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
* Proficient with use of email applications preferred.
* Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical records preferred.
* Specific to the Medical Call Center department; multi-state license preferred.
