Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with factory standards.
Execute maintenance and warranty work with precision and efficiency.
Clearly document all work and findings on repair orders for Service Advisors and customers.
Stay current with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing factory-sponsored training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certification: Mercedes-Benz Factory Certification is highly preferred.
Alternative Experience: We strongly encourage Master Level Technicians from other premium import brands (e.g., BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus) to apply. We value your high-level diagnostic skills and are prepared to support your transition to the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Technical Skills: Expert-level ability in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs.
Professionalism: Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high quality-control standards.
Essentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own set of tools.
