TRC Talent is seeking a full-time data center construction project manager for a leading data center firm in Pennsylvania/New York areas. Position will require travel up to 50%. Must be onsite four days per week.

Oversee engineering firms, consultants, and general contractors through all project phases including planning, design, mobilization, construction, commissioning, punch list, and turnover.

Lead due diligence, feasibility studies, and master/campus planning efforts for assigned data center projects and multi-phase programs.

Provide constructability input on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure scalable, cost-effective, and reliable solutions.

Apply expertise in mission-critical infrastructure systems including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, fire protection, controls, and security systems.

Guide clients through technical decisions, design tradeoffs, and delivery strategies that support reliability, efficiency, and overall program success.

Monitor project progress, manage integrated master schedules (IMS), develop recovery plans, and provide executive-level reporting on schedule, risks, constraints, and key metrics.

Coordinate utility engagement, infrastructure upgrades, procurement alignment, and cross-functional project integration.

Serve as the primary client point of contact, driving alignment across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and executive stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, vendor invoice approvals, client invoicing through Procore, and change order resolution.

Reinforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company safety standards throughout project execution.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement lessons learned across programs, and mentor project team members and direct reports.

3+ years Project Management experience, required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience, required

Data center master planning and/or data center construction experience, required

Demonstrate a strong risk management mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Ability to read and comprehend design drawing packages.

Must be proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and Procore
