Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for contract-to-hire!
Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries regarding bank products and services (e.g., online banking, account balances, debit cards, loans).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first contact when possible.
  • Perform account transactions and maintenance accurately.
  • Refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and policies.
Shift Details:
  • Contractor Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) for the first 6-8 weeks.
  • Post-Conversion Hours: 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm (Monday-Friday).
  • Saturday Rotation: 2.5 Saturdays every 8 weeks with a weekday off.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience (in-person or call center).
  • Ability to handle 50-60 calls per day.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Must be coachable and adaptable.
