Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for contract-to-hire! Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries regarding bank products and services (e.g., online banking, account balances, debit cards, loans).
Resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first contact when possible.
Perform account transactions and maintenance accurately.
Refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
Stay updated on products, services, and policies.
Shift Details:
Contractor Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) for the first 6-8 weeks.
Post-Conversion Hours: 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm (Monday-Friday).
Saturday Rotation: 2.5 Saturdays every 8 weeks with a weekday off.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience (in-person or call center).
Ability to handle 50-60 calls per day.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
