Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, SQL, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. This role will involve 70% front-end development and 30% back-end work, focusing on UI tasks while maintaining OneUX compliance. The ideal candidate will work on a mainframe modernization project, and experience with COBOL or a mainframe background is a significant advantage.

We are looking for someone with an engineering mindset who can technically challenge the team and contribute to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET, SQL, and front-end technologies (React/Angular).
• Work on UI development while ensuring OneUX compliance without introducing unnecessary changes.
• Participate in a mainframe modernization project, leveraging COBOL experience if applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• Apply Agile/iterative development methodologies when required.
• Solve complex engineering challenges and provide technical leadership within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technologies (excluding training period).
• At least 5 years of on-site client experience in a similar technology and domain.
• Strong expertise in .NET, SQL, React/Angular, and front-end UI development.
• Experience with mainframe modernization; COBOL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and adapt to iterative development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with legacy system modernization and cloud migration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an engineering-first mindset to challenge and improve existing solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
