Job Description: Learn the development process for an accessories product line from design concept through commercialization.
- Planned and execute a strategy to purchase products in a timely and cost-effective way without compromising quality standards and specifications.
- Learn to manage the product life cycle of the product lines in all aspects of development from initial concepts to final production.
- Building solid relationships with foreign suppliers and visit overseas factories.
- Expert of the company with respect to the product lines and also competing products.
- Source and manage vendors with new product development, samples, production, quality control and assurance, etc.; responsible for the initial PO planning of new products.
- Responsible for P&L of the product lines; obtain pricing that meets pre-defined revenue and profitability goals.
- Be an evangelist for the product lines and work with internal and external customers including sales, Marketing, Customer Support and key customers.
- Plan and coordinate new product release with Sales and Marketing; work with Marketing
-Department to communicate the go-to market strategy, the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Work with graphic design team and product managers to manage the timeline on all
product development.
- Ensure that vendor relations are optimal (Ex: getting the best possible prices, quality and
service levels with an appropriate level of partnership
