PROJECT Our day-to-day Android development requires CICD (Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery) upkeep to optimize developer productivity, automations related to Pull Requests, App Builds, and custom Slackbots. Primary technologies include GitHub Actions, Python, Gradle, Shell scripting, Kotlin, Maven, and Firebase. You would assist our Senior Android CICD Developer in new CICD projects and CICD maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines to enhance Android developer productivity.
• Work on automation related to Pull Requests, App Builds, and Slackbots to streamline development workflows.
• Collaborate with the Senior Android CICD Developer to implement new CI/CD features and optimize existing configurations.
• Debug and resolve issues in GitHub Actions, Gradle builds, and Firebase integrations to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python, Shell, and Kotlin for automation and infrastructure tasks.
• Help manage dependencies and build configurations using Maven and Gradle.
• Monitor CI/CD performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement.
• Document CI/CD processes, automation scripts, and best practices for team reference.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Junior or Senior studying in a Computer Science related field
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
