• Credentialing timeframe: 90- 120 days and must be cross- credentialed at multiple locations
• Must be willing to work 5 shifts per month

Opportunity Details:

• Shift: Monday- Friday 8a- 5p
  
• Required Skillset: will need to perform all areas of interventional radiology and read diagnostic studies in between interventional radiology procedures.
• Required Procedures: Lumbar Puncture, Joint injection, Ct Guided Biopsies, Chest Tubes, Myelograms, Embolizations, other IR Procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible- must be taken within 5 years completion of residency
• Active Florida state license
• Active DEA
