Health Care System seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their state-of-the-art Orthopedic Urgent Care. This Physician Assistant will focus on seeing patients with acute muscular skeletal injuries. The new Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat common muscular skeletal problems. This position is all clinic based. Common injuries include: sprain, strains, fractures, wound care and post-op problems.
Responsibilities include: H&P s, injury evaluation, fracture reduction, aspirations, injections and providing patient education. Candidates must be PANCE-Certified. Previous orthopedic experience is required! In addition, anyone with one to two years of experience in ER or urgent care along with orthopedic experience, please feel free to apply! The position is 40 hours per week with some Saturday rotation. There is no call! The location is 15 minutes from Marlboro.
Compensation: Base salary range is open (depends on experience) plus a production-based bonus plan. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided.
