Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication
Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation
Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns Requirements 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working within Agile software development environment
Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation
Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members Preferred Previous consulting experience
Lean six sigma certification
Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
