Candidates must be proficient in performing upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, and must have experience with ERCP procedures. A background in managing complex and non-compliant patients is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in our pleasant and supportive culture.

Ideal candidates will possess a medical degree from an accredited institution, board certification in Gastroenterology, and the ability to obtain full licensure and credentialing within approximately three months. Prior experience in a clinic setting, handling high patient volume with efficiency and empathy, will be advantageous. Additional skills such as working collaboratively with support staff and effectively managing workflow are preferred.

The position offers APP support and involves a flexible schedule, with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, and a shared call structure. The assignment is initially for 12 months, with a potential transition to a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit.

Other requirements include the ability to work either on-site or off-site, along with compliance in licensure, certification, and any applicable travel reimbursements. The coverage involves approximately 8 hours per day, with shared call responsibilities to be determined.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $4,290.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
