REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Upper endoscopy (EGD)
• Colonoscopy
• ERCP (mid-level / moderate complexity)
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active Kentucky medical license/IMLC
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: As required for gastroenterology hospital privileges
• Experience: General gastroenterology with ERCP capability
• Other Qualifications: Strong communication skills and relationship-focused patient care approach
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient clinic-based gastroenterology care
• Perform inpatient and outpatient endoscopic procedures
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Collaborate with APPs and hospital staff to deliver coordinated care
• Build strong relationships with patients and families while managing complex care needs
