LOCUMS PSYCHIATRIST - NORTH CAROLINA
Location: Western NC, Haywood County
Setting: Hospital/Inpatient
Reason for need: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search (Current physician leaving for another job on May 10th)
Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call (Beeper)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8a-5p;
min. 4 hr rounding & consults
Call Night/Weekend: max is 1 night/week (days vary);
1 weekend/month (Friday,Saturday,Sunday)
Call start: 5pm Call end: 8am (Call numbers vary)
Number of Admissions/shift: 2-4/day + some consults
Support staff availability: PA, Hospitalist, Nursing, Clinicians
Age of Patients: Adult 18-64 and Geriatric 65+
EMR: Paragon
Time for Credentialing: 3 weeks minimum
Temp Privileges will be granted if needed
Malpractice provided
Travel/Lodging provided
