StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Types of Cases: General Urology cases

Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited Privileges available for providers with clean histories

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena

Certifications Required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)

Licensure Required: Active Arizona state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
