Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to conduct veteran disability and separation assessments in an outpatient setting. This role offers flexibility to set your own schedule, ideal for work-life balance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform structured health history reviews and physical exams

• Document findings and functional impacts using standardized templates

• Review relevant medical records (no ongoing primary care or prescribing)

• Complete thorough, timely assessment reports

Qualifications, Experience & Licensure:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Pennsylvania NP license (FNP or AGNP)

• No prior Veterans/Disability assessment experience required; new graduates welcome
