Job Highlights

• De-escalate patients using CPI techniques and participate in seclusion/restraint procedures with appropriate monitoring and documentation
• Provide therapeutic support to patients and families, conduct safety rounds, and assist with conflict resolution
• Facilitate and document individual and group interventions using Recovery principles and the DAR format
• Lead therapeutic groups according to outlined content while tailoring sessions to patient needs and ensuring active participation
• Monitor for and report abuse or neglect, interact with families regarding care, and complete required departmental competencies annually

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of prior experience in behavioral health or related care experience within the last 5 years is required (working with patients with addiction issues is a plus)
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
• CPI certification is required upon hire or within 60 days of hire

• The schedule for this role is 12-hour shifts (7a-7p)
