Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full time Lead Server II to work Monday - Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm (including holidays) at The Landing, located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.

This position will pay up to $17.42/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum of 18 years of age required.
