Systems Engineer 1/2 with Security Clearance

Responsible for providing technical guidance for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex software and hardware systems. Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, as well as systems requirements reviews. Develop concepts of operation and interface standards, system architectures, and perform technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis. Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s). Interpret and derive knowledge from System Engineering Documents to write Project Overview Documents and Correction Action Documents for the Watch. Identify holes in documents and conduct technical interviews to get additional information from Subject Matter Experts. Monitor existing systems to ensure structural integrity. Mine and analyze data from enterprise databases to drive optimization and improvement of system throughput. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging mission data to drive business solutions. Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Experience with using business metrics to monitor thresholds, anomalies and perform predictive analysis. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for identifying the underlying causes of an incident so that the most effective solutions can be identified and implemented.
